College Credit Classes Offered

There are several classes currently being offered at North Collins Central School for possible college credit.

The teachers qualified to teach the following courses have been named adjunct professors at Erie Community College. A passing grade in these courses gives the student 1 high school credit and 3 college credits at any community college. A "C" will transfer to any state college.

English 11 Honors (EN 110 - College Composition & EN 140 - Creative Writing)

English 12 (EN 111 - Composition and Interpretation of Literature)

Advanced Placement Courses Offered

The AP (Advanced Placement) courses culminate in an exam. The student must achieve a 3, 4, or 5 to have an opportunity to gain college credit. Advanced Placement courses offered are:

AP Biology

AP Calculus

AP US History
