PowerSchool Public Portal

The PowerSchool Public Portal will be available to all High School students as well as their parents. PowerSchool is the district's electronic student management system, or database, where we collect and store student information. The Public Portal allows parents to view real-time information about their child’s school progress.

The Public Portal replaces the Parent Portal that was used in previous years, and will require a new account in order to access it. You should have received a letter from the high school with detailed instructions on how to create this account; if you have not received it, or need another copy, please contact the Main Office at 337-0101, ext. 1303/1304.

You access the Public Portal using any computer that is connected to the internet. Parents are able to view a variety of information, including their child’s grades, attendance, assignment descriptions, school bulletins and teacher comments. All of your child's information will be accessible via a single log-in.

We are happy to provide a parent portal user guide below to help answer any questions you may have. This is an 8-page guide that introduces the Public Portal, how to get started using it, working with the different menus to access information, and how to log out. If, after thoroughly reviewing this guide, you still cannot find the answers to your questions, please feel free to contact us at the High School Main Office at 337-0101, ext. 1303/1304.
